Step I :

Fill in the information about your property. All fields are required for processing your payment. Here are the following questions for fields that need your input:

• Enter name of association as shown on your Invoice.
• Enter exact address of the property located within the association.
• Enter name of property owner as shown on your Invoice

Step II :

Choose your payment solution: One-time payment of monthly dues or annual dues, or auto pay for recurring monthly dues payments. Click the appropriate button and sign up-- it's easy!

In the Box field put in the amount you will pay and click pay now button. Our system thinks in Dollars and Cents So it's very important to Input your amount with the Period like EXAMPLE: 115.00

Note: If you do not INPUT the Period the system will add the two zeros for you.

Please input the $ Dollar amount of your monthly regime fee that you wish to automatically pay each month.   Click the Auto Pay Button and follow the instructions.
