It is important to gain approval for all exterior projects prior to commencement of work. Failure to follow this simple process could result in mandatory changes and extra expense to you.
Please print the appropriate Architectural Request Form, provide the required information, and forward to our office by mail, fax or email as outlined on the top of the form. Upon receipt of all required information, your application will be forwarded to the Architectural Committee. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This dedicated email address is for receipt of architectural requests only and may not be used for any other communications.
Thank you in advance for your patience in allowing the Architectural Committee adequate time to review and to make a determination on your request. Proactively participating in this important process ensures that modifications are in keeping with community-wide standards and are aesthetically pleasing.
You will receive written notice of approval from our office upon completion of the committee’s review. However, our office will not be able to provide status updates on requests while under review by the Architectural Committee.
