Each association’s Covenant Restrictions and By-Laws are specific to the individual association and are recorded with the county in which the association is located. * Please print out List at the Bottom of the page.

• Covenant Restrictions are required to be recorded by the county in order to be enforced.

• By-Laws are not required to be recorded by the county, if the Covenant Restrictions are recorded.

COVENANT RESTRICTIONS:
provide details on association membership, billing and collection of assessments, architectural standards, property owner restrictions, as well as common area use restrictions.

BY-LAWS:
provide details on annual meeting requirements, election of Board of Directors, authority and obligations of the Board, and also provide for enforcement of the covenant restrictions.
