    · Facilitate Association mailings
      Annual Meeting Notices

      Community specific “Welcome” packet to all new owners

    ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL:
    · Association-specific Architectural Request Form provided
      On-line access to ARC Forms / On-line submission of requests
      Facilitate all ARC Requests and notices of approval or denial
      Maintain ARC records - Monthly report to Board
      Prepare & mail approval / denial notice to owners

MAINTENANCE SERVICES:
· Supervise, hire, pay and discharge contractors
· Maintain serviceability of clubhouse & other association facilities
  Schedule owner & association functions / Seasonal openings & closings
· Maintain serviceability of recreational facility & private gates, including:
  Access, code updates, transmitters to owners, repairs
  Distribute pool keys / badges / access cards to members
· Schedule / monitor utility repairs on common property
· Assist with permits, taxes & any necessary legal actions

ANNUAL MEETINGS:
· Schedule & Facilitation of Annual Meeting
  Annual Meeting Notice to members


HOA BOARD:
· Board Meeting attendance / assistance
  Number of attended meetings negotiable
· Assist Board in interpretation & application of:
